Come join us at The Bag Lady in Charlotte, NC on Friday, May 12th at 6:30PM for an evening of creative exploration and gratitude! We will be hosting The Creative Gratitude Journal Method, a unique event that will allow you to explore your creative side while also harnessing the power of gratitude and mindfulness. Led by Valencia Dantzler, the founder of The Creative Gratitude Journal Method and author of The Woman's Mindfulness Journal & Coloring Book, you will learn how to express your gratitude in a creative way, and how to use your gratitude journal to stay mindful and positive. We will provide all the materials you need to create your own unique gratitude journal, and Valencia will guide you through the process. This is a great opportunity to connect with yourself and others in a creative and meaningful way. We hope to see you there!

Valencia Dantzler is a passionate and dedicated holistic wellness expert from Charlotte, NC. She is a former Medic of 6 years in Mecklenburg County, where she discovered her passion for treating patients and helping them find alternative and holistic means of wellness. She is the founder and owner of Detoxtopia, a business that focuses on detoxifying both the body and the mind. Through her own practice, Valencia discovered the power of gratitude and how it can be used to create positive change in one's life. This inspired her to create The Creative Gratitude Journal Method, which combines art and journaling to express gratitude.
Valencia is also the author of The Woman's Mindfulness Journal & Coloring Book and an Elite NeuroEncoding Specialist, helping individuals program themselves to become the best versions of themselves. She has been featured on radio and television discussing the importance of gratitude and journaling, and is passionate about helping others use gratitude to create positive change in their lives. Valencia is committed to helping others find balance and joy in their lives through the power of gratitude and mindfulness. When she's not doing all of this, she enjoys walking her dog, Bryson. She also enjoys meditation in the park, hanging out at coffee shops, and experiencing new restaurants.
